What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
I would like to see this firm adopt a higher starting salary and more room to move up in a faster period of time as long as the employee puts the work in.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
Everyone at this firm is very friendly and helpful. The older more experienced attorneys in particular were very accommodating to me when I was in need of help. Everyone here is very professional and passionate about their work as well.

What did you not like about this institution?
I feel as though the starting salary is a bit on the low side in comparison to other firms in the area. Some of the work can get to be mundane as well.
