Spread out the workload more evenly or even try and hire more employees. That will allow individuals to progress even more and make things better.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
I love working at this firm. Everyone here does a great job and helps when others need help. I like just being around and learning.

What did you not like about this institution?
It can be stressful at times with how much business comes through. It is just something that you have to get used to.
