What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
Upper management would greatly improve the work atmosphere with a course on anger management or something similar. Perhaps the unused wing of the offices could be rented to provide for an increased benefits package for current employees.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
The small size of the firm leads to a wonderfully relaxed working environment. Employees are given leeway to decorate their work space in unique ways. Management is generous with off the cuff benefits like catered lunches.

What did you not like about this institution?
The upper management can be short-tempered. Though it doesn't often result in long-term repercussions like firings or demotions, it can be stressful to handle. The benefits are less than you'd get from a larger firm.
