For management, I think there could be better incentives in place to promote a work environment where the long hours that go into their high volume workload are recognized and rewarded based on productivity.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
Title:High level of accountability but high workload

What did you not like about this institution?
The high workload can be unmanageable at times and the work hours are not entirely flexible, as they might be with some of the other firms in the area.

Continue being what you are, but hire more employees to make the workload less stressful and that will make the business even greater.

I really like how well and different this firm is and how everyone is very knowledgeable and very good at what they do.

What did you not like about this institution?
It can get stressful in the beginning when you are not used to how it all works and what all is expected of you overall.

This firm should consider changing management is work is not getting done. This makes the firm look cheap and frustrates employees in the long run.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
This firm has good hours that don't feel overwhelming. They are pretty consistent each week and I never got burnt out from work. I always left my work at home and never felt the need to bring it with me.

What did you not like about this institution?
Management at this firm is terrible. They are hardly ever around and never fix anything in the office. One bathroom has been out of order for almost a year. Paperwork goes missing constantly and the place has no organization whatsoever.
