What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
Possibly downsize to increase the budget, though only do this if necessary. I would suggest adding some more training to fill those time gaps and try to advertise a bit to bring in more customers.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
Kelly is a great person and has really improved my work by teaching me all kinds of things. The work environment is friendly and peaceful in a way and allows for some promotion opportunities and the pay is good.

What did you not like about this institution?
Some time is wasted and you can feel bored at times especially if you're used to a fast paced work environment. This isn't due to anything the firm does but just lacks customers for the amount of people we have.
