What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
A fast-lane law firm handling the most complex and consequential cases and projects in the practice. And the lawyers at Farella Braun + Martel are the best people you can imagine -- smart, affable, and creative.

What did you not like about this institution?
The worst thing about the firm is that the lawyers don't all get to work with each other all the time, because everybody is so good.

Pay your workers what they are worth. Improve the way management functions.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
They have a decent amount of practice areas. There is an opportunity for growth here. The staff is enjoyable to work with.

What did you not like about this institution?
The pay could be better than it is. Management can be hard to work with.

The amount of work per pay is very low. The firm does have great staff and employees. There needs to be training for management, staff, and employees on issues of abuse, harassment, and bullying.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
A law firm in which the working environment is varied and allows to changes in schedule. The environment is composed of very collective staff and employees.

What did you not like about this institution?
There seems to be a difference of treatment between attorneys, staff, and employees. The firm appears to have issues involving harassment, abuse, and bullying in the work setting.
