Give it your best shot and you will likely do well here. The only people that I've seen that left are people that didn't try hard enough.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
If you need a fast-paced and highly rewarding environment, then this is the place for you. I have learned so much and made a lot of progress in my career.
What did you not like about this institution?
If you're a slacker, then you will not have any place at this firm. The atmosphere is very demanding and there's no room for people that don't pull their weight.
