What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
There needs to be a focus on the leadership of the firm on being able to provide hard working workers and staff a fairer wage. Also, the law firm should spread out the amount of workload between workers and staff to try and reduce the level of stress that is associated with the work.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
A law firm that has several benefits being offered to workers and staff. The office is greatly organized and has a support system in place that operates under knowledgeable leadership.

What did you not like about this institution?
The amount of work that workers and staff perform can sometimes cause a degree of stress. The amount of work that has to be done is not compensated with a fair wage.
