What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
I would like to see some serious salary increases across the board at this firm. Management and the higher ups should also break up these clicks and make sure to keep everyone working together as a team.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
Some of the attorneys here (mostly the young ones) will go above and beyond when you need help. It was very easy for me to get help from them when needed as well.

What did you not like about this institution?
The pay at this firm is terrible and most of the attorneys here have formed little clicks. I felt left out a lot as well when it came to needing help.
