What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
Make it easier for people to move up the chain and they will stay there for life. This is a great firm that could be amazing with a few changes.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
The workload is quite heavy, but there are always people that have your back here. I never felt like I was helpless in my time there.

What did you not like about this institution?
I think opening higher level positions could help retention rates. I left because I was offered a higher level position at another firm.
