Try and tone down the competition atmosphere, as some people do not work so well under that type of pressure. It will make things better.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
This firm is an enjoyable place to work at, with a lot to learn from the seasoned individuals that work there. I like being at this firm.

What did you not like about this institution?
It tends to seem like there is a lot of competition that can get in the way of doing business properly sometimes. That is my opinion.
