Have a talk with these people who can't keep their emotions or themselves in check when it happens; it's very distracting and can be demoralizing.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
The HR is very pleasant to work with, and I had no negative conversations with them at all. The pay is what you would expect. I have received bonuses and raises yearly.

What did you not like about this institution?
While there are bonuses there doesn't seem to be a bonus incentive. Other employees can be unpleasant to work with, and seem to have mood swings from time to time.

Absolutely nothing.

What did you not like about this institution?
There is rampant racism and sexism. If you are black, believe me when I say that this law firm is NOT for you. There is no HR department. If there was then the constant racism would have been dealt with. The salary will be contingent on whether they like you.

All of them. They lack empathy.
