Try to grow as a firm to get some of those larger cases that can push everyone to new heights; it will be good for your firm as a whole.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
There is a very helpful and kind atmosphere from management down to the other staff. The pay was fairly good. There are bonus opportunities for those that work hard enough and do good work.

What did you not like about this institution?
Well, the problem here is that the firm is small, and because of that we got very few noteworthy cases. I had to move on because I wanted the excitement and to further my career.
