Do a lot of brushing up on your skills outside of the workplace and you will have no problems adjusting.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
This is definitely the best firm I've ever worked for. These guys will keep you on your toes but make sure you never feel overwhelmed.
What did you not like about this institution?
The workload can be intimidating at first, but everyone does their best to make sure you understand the material.
