Make more positions available for those that want to stick around, and continue working for a great firm while expanding their careers.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
I very much enjoyed my time working here and enjoyed learning a lot from several different individuals. That made me even better at what I do.
What did you not like about this institution?
I ended up accepting a position at another firm and this one didn't want to do much to keep me.
