What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
First thing, bust down those walls. Increase vacation leave time and add days off due to illness; people do get sick and we can't predict something like that.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
You get to do some very interesting work with consulting. There is a somewhat small firm feel to the place. There is 401k with benefits and stock for all employees. Growth opportunities exist.

What did you not like about this institution?
One of the big problems is that there are walls that exist for next to no reasons to prevent people or groups between each other. Training is nonexistent. There is also limited time off.
