Hire a few more employees and keep doing what you do because the people who work for you and your customers are happy with it. Keep improving and don't give up on anyone or yourselves.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
The best they deliver at has to be the family feel for both the employees and customers. They do this by making you feel at home and like you're part of the team and your voice and participation matters, they listen.

What did you not like about this institution?
The worst part has to be simply the small size of the firm. If they ever become extremely popular they will have to get a lot more employees or turn a lot of people away. They can be a little slow on the side of things but it's not bad.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
Bell Davis & Pitt offers legal help in a variety of practice areas. The attorneys are not only knowledgeable in their various fields, but they also care deeply about their clients and work hard to give them the best representation possible. In addition to their caring for their clients, they care for the employees who help service their clients and the community that they live in. They offer a great work life balance and their leadership always put the well being of their clients, staff and community first when making business decisions.

What did you not like about this institution?
All work environments are not perfect and have areas that need improvement. The leadership of the firm is not blind to those issues and work diligently to correct them. Because of the collaborative nature of the firm, sometimes leadership appears to be slow to action when in fact there is a lot of thought and diligence going into each decision.

None. All partners are very enjoyable to work with and knowledgeable.
