What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
I have been at Carruthers & Roth for almost ten years and it's a wonderful place to work. There are attorneys and staff members who have been here for thirty plus years which I think is a testament to the firm. Everyone works hard but it's also friendly and family-oriented place to work.

How could this employer run its business to employees or the public better?
As I mentioned before, it's extremely family-oriented firm. There is also a lot of opportunity for growth too. You can't beat the location either - on N. Edgeworth next to the Grasshoppers stadium with plenty of parking around the building.
