What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
This firm needs to offer more pay to their employees. If they feel underpaid they will leave.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
I've been at this firm for a long time now and have enjoyed every minute of it. I get along with my coworkers greatly and management is really great as well. I have a personal relationship with a lot of staff and customers and enjoy seeing them every day.

What did you not like about this institution?
I wish this firm offered better pay. When you start out its fine, but they hardly give out raises and it seems like people leave a lot because of this.
