You will make a lot of valuable contacts at this firm, but be ready to start producing for the firm from day one. There is a lot of pressure to succeed here.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
There are a lot of colleagues at this firm that will be of use to you in one way or another. So there is a lot of human capital at this firm. The potential for networking and building your contact list is outstanding.

What did you not like about this institution?
This firm is difficult to advance in. You will have to be on your A game from the start. That means long weekends of preparing for litigation and putting in those billable hours. You will be expected to produce.

Continue to treat all employees equally, it really creates a wonderful office environment and will help keep the firm healthy in the future.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
Growing Firm with Plenty of Opportunities and Great Benefits. The culture is caring, with a great relationship between all levels of lawyers and partners.

What did you not like about this institution?
Not the most flexible place to work; they have a very rigid way of doing things and aren't open to new and progressive ideas in the field.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
I've been with Allman, Spry, Leggett & Crumpler, P.A. for over 3 years and I can say that this is the best firm I've had the pleasure of working at.

What did you not like about this institution?
The scheduling is hectic but manageable. If you have needs, they will work with you, but you have to let them know.
