What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
I'd suggest that they hire more experienced attorneys at the firm to help spread the workload out a bit better. I'd also think that new employees could use a hire starting salary as well with more room to move up the ranks.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
There are a great staff and fellow attorneys to work with and talk to candidly when the time arises. There are also plenty of interesting cases to work on throughout the year.
What did you not like about this institution?
The pay was terrible while I was there and the staff was not very accommodating. The work load was way too high as well.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
The partners are easily approachable and have been very accommodating during these times of Covid. VF&N is a positive work environment that values quality work, work-life balance, and community involvement. When we are busy everyone pitches in and supports one another, even among attorneys. Associates, partners, and staff sit side by side on various committees. No one is too important or too small to do what needs to get done to continuously better the firm.

NATALIE ROBBINSON is one of the best immigration lawyer I have ever work with in all my traveling experience.....as a guy I have being troubling my lawyer NATALIE n She have being relax n just focus to get my documentation right n I work up one-day having all my documentation fix in Virginia....
