What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
Pay employees what they are worth. Happier employees make much better lawyers. Having high standards is fine if you if you make it worthwhile for associates.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
You get to interact with clients quite a bit and gain court experience as well. It is a good learning environment.
What did you not like about this institution?
The work and life balance is awful. The billable hour
