What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
The partners here should try to create a structure that will help some associates to get promoted easier. That might help with the turnover rate at the firm.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
I think some of the work we do here is really important. Some of the areas of practice we deal with are in regards to the nature of environmental issues. I also get to work with attorneys like myself who are passionate about our jobs. The atmosphere, pay, benefits and resources are all great.

What did you not like about this institution?
I do have a flaw to mention about the firm and that it does not really have much of an avenue for those who want to advance in their careers.
