What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
Management needs to better listen to their employees. They can learn a lot by being more open minded and willing to listen to others.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
I've been here for a few years now and I've enjoyed my time spent here. Employees are very friendly and you get to know them well working in a small firm. The hours are very consistent which is nice and I have a good work and home balance.

What did you not like about this institution?
The biggest issue I have with this firm is the revolving door attitude. Management doesn't listen to employees which causes them to get frustrated and leave. Management just doesn't care and they'd rather hire new staff than fix a small issue.
