What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
I would advise the firm to charge a little more for the work that is done. It would help pay everyone more fairly and keep the staff happy.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
The management of the firm is amazing. They are the first to listen to problems and help get them solved with the least amount of issues arising from it. Everyone in the firm is really flexible and communicates well with each other. They are all willing to teach the stuff that the staff wants you to learn and have helped in guiding me when I need it.

What did you not like about this institution?
The firm has a really low billing rate. There isn't much to make here, but the experience from the firm might make up the pay in some way and might make it upfor others.
