Have teams of two for each lawyer and give them the proper resources to do their jobs. Allow them access to the law library.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
This is a fast paced and aggressive civil law firm. They stay so busy that overtime is basically standard during the week.

What did you not like about this institution?
You will work on many cases at once and help will not always be available to you. It can feel like sink or swim in the beginning.
