He's lazy and has bad ADD and not orginized
Not only did he loose are bail money by telling us court was rescheduled because he was sick. But he also wasn't in contact until the day we had to plea. He said we had to take all charges or it would be jail that day. Never even offering a plea or other options. He is very clicky with other lawyers, DAs ect. Claims to have some pull because of who his father is and lawyers he knew in school. He is very unorganized, hard to reach and when asked questions doesn't really seem to know how things work. Then to top it off he quit right before sentencing but worked for us when we took the charges. He told us we would have a good chance at sentencing because who he knew and the judge we would have and pursued us to plea guilty, he had no contact with us and was unprepared to fight the case the morning of court. Then he quit on us. Horrible lawyer, liar, and clicky with the county.(micha will give the DA this case and then he gets to win one) He acts like a family man and like he understands what it's like to be the provider in a house full of kids, but really doesn't care unless they are his own. He doesn't care about anyone's personal life but fakes you out by acting concerned so that you think he's doing all he can to help you .... Ya right. What a joke this guy is.
His secretary who can't seem to deliver messages.
Thank you.
