Start an aggressive marketing campaign to bring in new clients. Hire additional attorneys to handle the new cases as they come in.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
One of her specialties is handling local cases with out-of-state clients. Opening probates are a breeze for her and she needs very little assistance on a daily basis.

What did you not like about this institution?
With her case load being so small, the hours here are more or less scarce. There is no overtime and bonuses are unheard of.
