Hire some more to lighten the work load and that will bring in even more talent and allow for even more business to be handled by the firm.

Everyone here cares for their fellow employee and helps everyone learn. I feel like the work environment is friendly and very enjoyable.

What did you not like about this institution?
Work load gets tough doing certain parts of the year and I work very long hours, without a break sometimes. That is to be expected.
