What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
It feels almost exclusive to work here. We create our own little cohort with the staff here, and it truly feels like a club. Which is a great feeling! We all have each other

What did you not like about this institution?
The benefits leave some to be desired. We started out with low benefits, then as you move forward you get more. However, this progress is slow and makes me feel anxious.
