What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
I think if the firm was to hold more meetings that involved the partners talking to the associates it might help the culture at the work place.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
I really appreciate the help I get from the other attorneys that work here. I've had to kind of fend for myself at a few other firms that I have worked at and this place is different. The attorneys have no problem helping each other.

What did you not like about this institution?
There seems to be a disconnection between the partners and associates. Even though the relationships between the superiors and subordinates are professional, there could be more communication.
