I would like to see a clear path laid out for those who want to promote and a formal professional development program put into place.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
Everyone at this firm is professional and very friendly. Both support staff and associates are willing to take time out to help if asked and the partners make themselves accessible to everyone.

What did you not like about this institution?
Upward mobility here is somewhat questionable. Maybe I haven't been here long enough to know, but it seems as if it is rather hard to move up through the ranks.
