What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
Management and other leadership members should look into hiring more attorneys not only to decrease our current work load but also to help us expand so that we can continue to take on interesting cases that will demand the most from us.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
What I enjoy most about this firm is how passionate everyone is about their work. I also really like the fact that I live in very close proximity to this firm. Finally, the front desk staff are exceptional and very helpful.

What did you not like about this institution?
We are slightly understaffed at the moment which means that I have had to put in more hours than I would normally like to put in. I also think that promotions are not given out as much as they should be given out.
