Stay with the benefits but go easier on new recruits, we has scared away a few really good people with the overall attitude of constant pressure.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
Benefits are quite good for this type of place, maybe the best in the area. Good people can be lured by this.

What did you not like about this institution?
The passion is there, but some of us are overworked and it shows in our turnover rates the past few years overall.
