What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
If everyone were treated fairly, your staffing problems would sort themselves out. As it is now, a few bad employees are allowed to make a disproportionate amount of trouble.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
There are a dozen or so truly great people on staff here. They're really accommodating so it's easy to start a family working here. Pretty decent pay and good work-life balance.

What did you not like about this institution?
The staff is pretty top heavy so there's no room for promotions. A few bad apples who constantly threaten to spoil the bunch. Not very open to suggestions.
