What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
Personally I enjoy a more independent, and fun environment where I am well able to express myself and try different approaches.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
The pay and benefits were decent. The workplace was acceptable. I can say that I gained experience and some contacts during the years that I worked here.

What did you not like about this institution?
I usually cannot operate in a robotic environment. I feel that people are capable of much more when they get a chance to express themselves, which sometimes is not possible due to their strict rules and protocol.
