What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
I advise the firm to not continue the unhealthy pattern of working with employees since our grievances don't get addressed in a proper way. This can seriously lead to the firm going down in number of employees if the unhappy employees leave for a better opportunity.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
The attorneys I work with are really great and help each other grow as I work here. I find this place to be upbeat with keeping the employees interested in working.
What did you not like about this institution?
The management needs a makeover due to its inability to work smoothly. The grievance redressal doesn't turn out to be good since the HR managers don't co-operate.
