What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
This firm needs to hire some more experienced attorney's to help take some of the work load off of the more experienced senior attorneys that tend to have their hand's full.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
The benefits are outstanding, the starting salary is excellent, everyone is very friendly, the staff is very accommodating and the hours are great.

What did you not like about this institution?
A few of the more experienced attorneys seem to have their hands tied up more often than I'd like to see. There were a few times in which I needed some help on complicated details but could not receive the help until the next day because the more experienced attorneys were too busy to help me.
