What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
The firm needs to do a better job on training management to better mentor their staff and train them to be efficient workers. Staff should be rewarded a much better salary and appreciated for their hard work.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
The environment is full of stress, but can be manageable for the staff that is equipped to handle the tasks and workload. Some of the employees are kind.

What did you not like about this institution?
Management does not do a great job in training its employees. The staff that works hard is not appreciated and not rewarded for their great work.
