Offer an additional week of training for new hires that are not quite as experienced in the field of law.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
I learned so much during my short time here, but it was one of the best experiences in my professional career.

What did you not like about this institution?
The workload can be intimidating to certain people. More training would help these people become successful at the firm.
