The law firm should continue to hire knowledgeable employees that have experience in various areas. There needs to be a different focus for the law firm. The focus should be towards building the law firm for the benefit of the staff and attorneys.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
The firm has an office that has hired knowledgeable employees, especially the attorneys. Many of the attorneys have experience in different fields.

What did you not like about this institution?
The law firm falls short in the area of working on growing. The main focus is on advertising and not on building the law office.
