You should consider paying new associates more money. The amount you pay now is not in line with the rest of the market.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
I love the people I work with, especially the support staff. Everyone is incredibly friendly and always willing to help out. They've made my transition onto the team a lovely experience.

What did you not like about this institution?
I wish the pay was higher. I accepted the compensation package that was offered to me even though I knew it was low, but now I wish I had negotiated more.

Management consistently asks for employee feedback, and updates policies accordingly. The associates are not just there to support the partners, rather, the partners take an active role in promoting and developing associate growth. Team environment.
