I think that it would be better overall if new hires were given an additional week or two of training to be prepared.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
The best part about this firm is the extensive resources available to you. There is a lot of ways to improve your knowledge while getting work done.

What did you not like about this institution?
The tasks can be overwhelming at first. Some more training with actual cases would be beneficial in the long run.
