What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
Management needs to take more responsibility for their staff and deal with difficult matters. Employees should not have to deal with harassment, and management needs to know how to deal with this.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
I liked the flexibility of this firm. I was unhappy in the department I started with and management was able to find me a position more suited towards my ability. The hours were also decent at this firm and never felt too overworked or tired.

What did you not like about this institution?
This firm is a revolving door. People seem to come and go because management is rarely present, especially during important matters. I found it difficult to deal with staff most of the time and management doesn't seem to care.
