What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
This firm needs to have more consistent hours or hire less staff. People want to work and cannot be able to afford their finances if not paid properly.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
This firm had pretty good training when I started. Management made sure that you understood your position and was willing to listen if you ever had questions or concerns.

What did you not like about this institution?
The pay for this firm could be a lot better. Other firms in the area pay almost twice as much as I made. The hours were also really inconsistent. It would have been nice to be able to have 40 hours each week, but some were like this and others were less than 20.
