Flat organization structure leading to few designations which hamper the growth opportunities. Internal politics can derail your career so be careful of that. So, please value employees and improve the work culture.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
I worked here for almost five years as an attorney and my overall experience was satisfactory. A lot of smart people working with you and there are many people you can learn a lot from. Great culture and professional environment.

What did you not like about this institution?
Work life balance is a challenge as there are unnecessarily long hours for new attorneys. Another challenge is work pressure and meeting tight deadlines.
