There needs to be training for leaders of the firm to better treat their employees more fairly. Hard working employees should be given a higher wage.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
The firm offers great opportunities for experience. Much of the learning will come from working day by day.

What did you not like about this institution?
Some of the people that work on the law firm are not honorable model employees. Workers and staff sometimes take on tasks and assignments that are not part of their job.
