What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
Try to grow the firm so that our wages can be more reliable. I don't mind taking a cut but it doesn't feel good and doesn't make me want to work as hard as I would otherwise.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
The atmosphere is very relaxed. The people are friendly and take pride in their work. There are great benefits and management is very flexible with hours.

What did you not like about this institution?
It's a fairly small firm. Because of this, the pa can be limited or lower than what you might expect it to be. I have received lower wages than I'd like.
