Hire more lawyers in the firm to help with case loads and to ensure that the work is getting done in a timely manner.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
This firm is a great place to work for because they have the utmost professionalism and take everything they do with the highest integrity. They are always looking to make the firm better.

What did you not like about this institution?
The firm is growing so fast that the workload can sometimes lead to longer hours and time spent on a lot of the cases.

What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
I would like to see a common ground reached in terms of doing things the old way vs doing things the modern way. I felt as though the "my way or the highway attitude" was too off putting for me.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
There is a very strict yet caring tone when you walk into the office here which I found to be very conducive to getting work done. I also formed great friendships with a few of my fellow staff members during my brief stay at this firm.

What did you not like about this institution?
There's not enough young blood working at this firm. I felt overwhelmed while I was here because a few of the senior level attorneys have their own way of doing things that I felt was very out dated.

What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
I would like to see management hire some new attorney's and interns to help us out throughout the week. I'd also like to see our current office expand.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
Everyone is very friendly and very professional at this firm. We take our cases very seriously and we maintain good communications with all of our clients.

What did you not like about this institution?
Work can be very overwhelming at times. I think this is due to the fact that we are quite under staffed. I also feel as though our current office is too small.
