This firm should be a good fit for many young attorneys who want to learn the ropes and make a difference. This firm is a terrific starting point for a lot of lawyers who are early or midway through their careers.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
The best of this firm is its people. The management is comprised of senior attorneys who run the gamut of experience in their fields and are well-known for encouraging young lawyers early in their careers. You will need a mentor, why not get one at this firm?

What did you not like about this institution?
There isn't much to be said here. You may find that you aren't as comfortable in a smaller setting. Or maybe you will want to make partner immediately. In that case, this may not be the firm for you. But if you want to learn your trade, you will definitely want to consider applying here.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
Lawyers are family-oriented and really care about their clients. This mindset trickles down through the entire organization; creating the one of more positive work environments I've had the fortune to experience.

What did you not like about this institution?
Long term employees are often taken for granted during annual bonus time. They seem to think that bonus money to the young hot shots is better spent.

Try to match what other law firms in our area are paying and the benefits that they give their people. It would help to retain some of the better lawyers that have moved on to other firms.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
You have plenty of autonomy, the people are nice and you really feel valued and appreciated by the firm. There is lots of opportunity for learning immigration law and helping people from all over the world.

What did you not like about this institution?
The pay is not especially generous or on par with other firms in this area. The cost of living had really risen as the area grows, but salary has remained on the low end of the scale. The benefits package is pretty meager as well.
